The Queen hosted a Garden Party in the grounds of Buckingham Palace on the 21st May 2019. Each year The Queen hosts parties to welcome specially selected guests in recognition of their services.
Our very own Mrs Penelope Vaughan-Pipe was awarded an invitation to attend for her services in childcare.
Along with The Queen, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, The Duke of York and the Earl and Countess of Wessex, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, The Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra also attended the party and spoke with the guests.
We are so proud of Penny who is very deserving of such high recognition.
