Food sources Fish fresh from Brixham market each morning, Cornish lamb from Launceston, fruit and vegetables from Worcester Produce in Pershore, grass-fed beef from Hereford, Yorkshire; free range pork from Suffolk.


Business facilities Opus has two flexible private rooms (and can seat up to 80 people). The restaurant hosts breakfast presentations, lunch or dinner seminars and board meetings. There is no room hire charge. Exclusive use of restaurant can be arranged.


Restaurant offer At lunch, Opus features an express menu at £17.50pp for one market-fresh course.


Other facilities Kitchen Table: £110pp for five courses with wines to match. Five-course Tasting Menu: £45pp available Friday and Saturday nights
