ACORN GROWING INTO A MAJOR CONSULTANCY

Acorn Analytical Services is proud to announce its expansion to new offices in Moulton Park, Northampton. The Northampton-based

OVEN SPECIALISTS REALLY PACK A LUNCH!

Marren’s head office has been in Northampton for over 30 years. They provide specialist repairs and maintenance for a range of accelerated cooking ovens as well as microwaves. Supported by a fleet of nationwide service technicians, Marren pride themselves on a ‘first time fix’ operation. All their vehicles are fully equipped with an array of parts. Even if the part is not on the van, drop boxes are used to deliver what they need within 24 hours. As an experienced operative in this sector, Marren are continually

looking for innovative products to add to their accelerated oven accessories. Diversification and expanding their range are great ways to do this, especially as new developments reach the market. The latest product to be introduced is SIX500 (pictured). The first

performance packaging to be produced for use in accelerated ovens. It is the only food packaging currently available that can withstand temperatures of 525°F (273°C) for up to six minutes. This is an exciting development because it extends the menu choice

a business can now offer to customers. The quality of food ingredients are maintained, whether cooked from frozen, thawed or chilled conditions. The packaging is available in four different series and a number of

sizes. Which means there is plenty of scope for recipe development and portion sizing.

Free samples can be obtained on request and a Development Day has been arranged at Marren’s head office. To find out more visit www.marren.co.uk

asbestos consultancy has firmly set roots in Moulton Park moving from the Mouton Park Business Centre to Charter Gate. This move sees the company’s office facilities double in size. The expansion and new facilities are part of a wider plan to assist property managers and duty holders in the local area to remove all of their asbestos headaches. Neil Munro, director of Acorn Analytical Services, said: “We’re so excited about this move. Our new facilities enable us to streamline what we do and how we do it. We’ve expanded our asbestos testing laboratory and increased our administration capability. This move has enabled us to offer some great guarantees. “We guarantee all our clients will receive their asbestos management

survey reports in five working days and their asbestos refurbishment survey reports in three working days post site works.” The expansion also includes a

new training facility and education centre. The training facility will enable Acorn to provide asbestos training to the local business community. Neil added: “We’re passionate

about educating individuals and businesses about the risk from asbestos. We want to help protect people through offering asbestos training, surveys, testing and the safe removal of asbestos. Our new training facility further strengthens our ability to do this.” Acorn Analytical Services

provides a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors with industry-accredited asbestos surveys, training, testing and removal.
