The manufacturing and engineering sector in the East Midlands is traditionally strong but is nevertheless susceptible to challenges as well as opportunities – all are explored at the Chamber’s annual Manufacturing and Engineering Conference. The Chamber’s Manufacturing


and Engineering Conference gives delegates an insight into what various experts expect to happen in the foreseeable future, helping to


steer Chamber policy and offer a glimpse of where we should be heading as we look to the future. The conference brings together


leaders from across the sector and, through a series of keynote addresses and expert panel discussions, examines challenges and explores where opportunities might present themselves and how business and support organisations can best work together to ensure the East Midlands continues to be a sector lead in the UK and beyond.


MANUFACTURING AND ENGINEERING FORUM The Chamber runs a specialist forum to provide a platform to network, share best practice and participate in discussions about a wide range of issues affecting manufacturers.
