analyzing and blending your own bottle of


Tamburin, Winemaker, and fermentation


wine. Sandro leads


in the analysis of wine variet- ies: Sangiovese, Dolcetto, and Negroamaro.


After gaining


a deeper knowledge of these wines, we will be blending our own bottles of Super Tus- can wine, which you will also cork, label, and bring home to drink or share with others! You will have an important roll in the decision making of our next release of our Super Tus- can Blend. 12:00 – 4:00 PM.
