A video produced by Derbyshire-based production company Business Video Experts has won a national award for the results generated for its client; the company’s second national award in three years. The case study followed the story of Jennifer and

her journey to find her long-lost twin brother, John, 40 years after they drifted apart. The team were commissioned for the job by a people-tracing company based in Leeds. The video won the Best Business Video category

“For the video and its results to be recognised on a

national scale is a huge achievement and I believe it truly reflects the efforts that our team put in on a daily basis for all our production work. It goes to show just how effective video can be in the marketing mix.” Since the video went live, the client has received

an overall uplift of 29% in organic traffic to the website, while enquiries have reached an all-time high, with an average of 607 per week from 394 previously. There have been over 12,000 views of the video

Focus earns place on national framework

Focus Consultants has been awarded a position on a major national framework to supply consultancy services for property and building advice and management services. The position on the ESPO

2664_18 framework will run until December 2020 with an option to extend for a further year until December 2021. It means that public sector

clients and social housing providers in the UK can procure services from Focus in the knowledge that the procurement process has already been carried out in a professional manner, avoiding the need for a full tender process when searching for suppliers - saving them time and money.
