Cocktails and Cabaret – Saturday 10th February A night of cocktails, prosecco, show tunes and glam. Featuring a number of our adult show-in-a-weekers (although we’re slowly being overtaken by the ridiculously talented teen contingent) and hosted as always by the very fabulous Bea Fearce Beaujambes. This event sells out every year so if you want to join us get in quickly! Tickets £10 available from the Centre.
Show in 24 hours – the Lock In! Friday 16th February
Return to the Forbidden Planet
For the fi rst time we are inviting our S4+ show teens to stay overnight at the Centre to put on an entire show in 24 hours. What could possibly go wrong?
Forbidden Planet is an astounding combination of Shakespeare, rock and roll (Johnny B Goode, Great Balls Of Fire, Good Vibrations etc etc) and bad 50s sci fi . With only one performance tickets will be extremely limited and go on sale to the public on the 1st February.
Show in a Week Registration
It is with a massive amount of excitement that we can announce that our Summer Show in a Week for 2018 will be the hit Andrew Lloyd Webber musical ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’
Previously only available in a shortened schools version this will be the full professional show, with full orchestra, staging and the usual show in a week madness.
Show in a Week this year will be Mon 6th – Sat 11th August 2018. Registration opens Sunday 4th February at 10.30am. Forms and info will be available from the Centre. As always we anticipate big queues and fi lling up very quickly.
Following on from Les Miserables, we’re going with a complete change of pace for Show in a Week Senior, having been given permission to
perform the hit Disney musical ‘High School Musical’.
With rehearsals during the school October week and performances the 25th- 27th October, registration opens along with Joseph on the 4th February.
