2018, WOW! January is always a difficult month, it’s dark and cold and feels very flat after all the activity of the festive season. Traditionally we start a diet, (or maybe just think about of benefits of one) and wax lyrical about joining a gym (any day now...). But it is also a good month to make time for ourselves (in the gym or otherwise) and make a plan for the months to come. Whatever you have in mind, I hope it brings a year of health and happiness to everyone.
