in Macon and one in Warner Robbins (as well as the original in Athens), there’s plenty of ways to enjoy a meal at Bar- beritos while in the Macon area. Highly recommended.

I was riding around Macon with Dave


Peck, in search of dinner when we spotted the sign for Barberitos. It sounded like a Mexican restaurant, so we ventured inside. The closest I can compare it to in Upstate S.C. is Moes. You step up to the counter and order what you want, be it a burrito. A salad. A que- sadilla, two tacos, a burrito bowl or nachos. Then the server asks what “stuffing” you’d like. Chicken, steak, tofu, turkey or vegetar- ian. I had the steak. ($7.99). You then choose the toppings you want, anything from rice to spinach, pintos, black beans, lettuce, toma- toes, cilantro, mushrooms. You can even add
