Located at the peak of One Liberty Place 57 floors above street level at 1650 Market Street in Philadelphia, One Liberty Observation Deck has become an iconic staple of tourism in the region featuring modern archi- tecture, floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of social media-worthy photo opportunities. One

Liberty Observation Deck has in-house event planning capabilities and one of the most unique spaces in the city designed to elevate events and let the sky- line become the backdrop for private group gatherings.

One Liberty Observation Deck is Philadelphia’s only 360-degree event space and features full and semi-private rentals. The space has the ability to activate all three floors of the venue (Floors 1, 2 and 57 of the One Liberty Place Building). The layout of the space is perfect for cocktail parties, but also has the ability to host seated dinners and buffet-style receptions. Currently, catering partners include Di Bruno Bros. Catering, Brûlée Catering, Garces Events, Starr Events, 12th Street Catering and Feast Your Eyes Catering.

“Our unique space and exceptional skyline views allow us to think outside the box and provide guests with an unforgettable experience unlike any other event space in the city,” says Jennifer Hesser, Assistant General Manager. “With our exceptional location and in-house resources, we're able to work closely with our clients to plan every last detail.”

Since the attraction opened in the fall of 2015, the events staff at One Liberty Observation Deck has worked with a number of local, regional and national corporations to host events tailored to the unique needs of their clientele, from conventions to exhibitor receptions to trade shows to product launches. One Liberty Observation Deck’s portfolio of high-profile clients and brands includes the Philadelphia 76ers, the Philadelphia Flyers, Preferred Hotels and Philadelphia Runner, who have held a variety of events at the One Liberty Observation Deck within the past two years.

One Liberty Observation Deck also hosted the 22nd Annual Phashion Fest, an annual event that showcases top designers, models, retailers and fashion enthusiasts in the Philadelphia metropolitan region. This event included a cat- walk on the 57th floor, drinks and a reception on the second floor, and hair and make-up on the first floor.

“As Philadelphia’s only venue with 360-degree views of the city, we are com- mitted to providing our clients with a distinct type of experience when they choose to book their private events with us,” said Mark Beyerle, Events Manager at One Liberty Observation Deck. “So far, we have seen a high level of success from past private events we’ve executed on The Deck, and we are very excited to continue this momentum by forming new partnerships and hosting new and innovative events that are as unique as our clients’ needs.”
