Flower Show each March, offers the opportunity to bring group meetings and special events during the world's largest indoor flower show. In addition, group tours of the show are available, including docent led early morning tours, as well as the opportunity to enjoy petite treats and pastries paired with an assortment of exotic fine teas as part of the Flower Show Garden Tea.

The National Liberty Museum offers a dis- tinctive alternative for entertaining in the heart of Philadelphia. The historic building offers more than 30,000-square feet of function and exhibit space for everything from intimate gatherings to event groups of hundreds. Featuring eight galleries on four expansive floors, the museum includes a world-class glass art collec- tion, exhibits, and iconic architecture.


The Independence Seaport Museum first- floor galleries include two special exhibits of maritime history with an open floor plan perfect for cocktail receptions. Located on the top floor of the museum, the ball- room and terraces provide views of the Delaware River waterfront. For large scale events, the entire facility can be utilized for evening events of up to 2,000 people indoors or as many as 5,000 when utiliz- ing outside space. Docked a short dis- tance away, the oldest steel warship in the world, USS Olympia, offers a classic atmosphere for a waterfront experience.


Catering By Design provides hospitality services for both the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, an example of early 20th century institutional building designed in the classicism of 17th centu- ry England, and also ONE at the majestic Masonic Temple, which is a world- renowned architectural wonder featuring magnificent rooms based on themes of ancient architecture and sweeping grand staircases. The Grand Ballroom seats 200 guests, and when combined with the Grand Foyer, it can host 450 guests for reception-style events. The venue’s sec- ond-floor marble Foyer can host an addi-
