Swimming Pool Scene COMMERCIAL PROJECT


PRESTIGIOUS ADDRESS


Two top-of-the-range swimming pools have recently been completed at one of London’s most prestigious addresses, The Strand. 190 The Strand is a fl agship development offering a range of bespoke apartments and the new iconic landmark will be closely linked to the richest aspects of London living. The residents’ communal Leisure Suite will feature a fully tiled mosaic pool of 125m³, and alongside a 30m³ vitality pool equipped with the latest in air and water jet features.


Aqua Platinum worked with Berkeley Homes to design and build the shared project, which serves three penthouse apartments each worth up to £9.5million.


The original brief for this facility was that it would be used for both leisure and relaxation and the design had to capture this


perfectly to allow the user to have the option to either relax and unwind within the vitality pool, sauna and steam room or to focus on their fi tness within the stunning deck level swimming pool. Dominic Searle, Senior Design Consultant for Aqua Platinum explained: “This is one of four projects what we are working with alongside renowned developers, Berkeley Homes and this is an incredible complex that we are so proud to have been involved with.
