Fashion Bed Group Announces Customizable Adjustable Base Program

By Brooke S. Pisarsky Fashion Bed Group (FBG) has restructured the way it is merchandising its adjustable bases to better accommodate the varied preferences and parameters of its valued customers. “Over the past year, our adjustables team has been focused on taking our program to a whole new level,” explained Rob O’Neill, vice president of product development for Fash- ion Bed Group. “We’ve revamped our pricing to offer the best possible values. And, we’ve redefined our sales approach to allow our retail customers to customize their orders according to their individual business needs.” Under the new program, retailers can order adjustable products in three different ways. The

Quick Ship option is designed for dealers who need product on demand, featuring a robust line-up of adjustable bases that include the S-Cape, Prodigy and Symmetry series, along with other popular models. There are no min- imum requirements and orders can be mixed with other FBG products. For dealers with more lead time, Factory Direct allows them to select from any of the Quick Ship products as well as FBG’s in-de- mand Phoenix series. This program requires a two-pallet minimum and 10-days lead time, plus transit. With even more lead time, the Contain- er Direct alternative allows retailers to save more money and expand their product op- tions to include FBG’s full line of adjustable

bases, as well as foldable models and other imports. A full container order and 30-day lead time (plus transit) are required to take advantage of this option. “Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to buy—and sell—Fashion Bed Group adjust- able bases,” added O’Neill. “This new approach is a huge step in that direction, enabling each retailer to customize an adjustable base pro- gram that is just right for their business.” Visit
