IMAGINE 200+ MEN gathering in the wild beauty of the Licola Valley for three days to share stories, workshops and meals while exploring and celebrating who we are as men. Menergy is Victoria’s biggest gathering
for men and is happening this October. Menergy is the Victorian arm of a national not-for-profit organisation – Mens Wellbeing – that has been providing men’s events and men’s support groups for over 20 years. It includes men of all ages (from 18 to 93!) with varying backgrounds, professions and beliefs. It is a unique event that weaves deep wisdom, humour, games and honest sharing between men. One man said “Menergy is not just an
event; it is an initiation into another way to be together as men. A way that unites
the wisdom of elders with the energy of youth and creates real, palpable gifts for all who attend. Honestly, this has changed my life & awoken a deep love for men, and for being a man. I will be back every year until I die!”. Another said: “Menergy deepened

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE WEEKEND? Menergy is ‘open-format’, so you are free to participate in as much or as little as you feel to. smaller supportive groups throughout the weekend. There is an opening and closing ceremony, heart circle and a cabaret performance night. Workshop topics include: confidence, communication, health, fatherhood, wealth, dance, meditation, masculinity, sexuality, self-expression, relationships, family, spirituality and leadership.
