The Australian Shiatsu College’s Open Day on October 29th (2-5pm) is an opportunity to discover the healing modality of shiatsu. Originally developed in Japan as
a meridian based therapy, through shiatsu one can discover self, wellbeing and the joy within. Shiatsu can be learned as a short
Zen Shiatsu course or as a professional pathway through the Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies (HLT52215). Enrolments for 2018 are now open.

BODY-MIND; FELDENKRAIS FUNDAMENTALS
Experiential Feldenkrais workshops. Engage deeply with the basic ideas and concepts of the work, immersing yourself in 'Awareness Through Movement' – gaining a clearer appreciation of your capacity to move with ease. A variety of topics and themes will be offered. Observing the movements of others will give a greater understanding of human movement. As each informs the other, discover ways of expanding your range of comfort, learn skills to take back into your workplace and gain insights to what is possible. Everyone can improve.
