This year the MICHAEL'S group of shops in Jávea is celebrating 35 years as one of the most successful family-owned businesses in pre-owned furniture and new beds in the Costa Blanca area.
MICHAEL'S has three well-situated shops in downtown Jávea packed with high quality pre- owned furniture, new beds and bedroom furniture.
The founder, Michael, from the UK, retired three years ago after handing the business over to his stepdaughter, Jennifer, and her partner, Christian, from Sweden. Since then, this international couple have been busy serving local and seasonal customers
at their three shops in central Jávea, while also modernising MICHAEL'S and introducing new ideas and concepts to the family business.
Online sales complement shops Earlier this year, Jennifer and Christian redesigned MICHAEL'S website, making it even more customer-friendly and easier to browse their extensive stock. Online sales have been increasing ever since alongside shop-generated business. It is worth noting that local deliveries from MICHAEL'S are always free, while long- distance deliveries of goods bought on the website can be delivered free of charge to places like Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia if the purchase amount is over 1000€.

From pre-owned furniture to brand-new beds
There are two MICHAEL'S shops with high-quality pre- owned furniture in the port and old town of Jávea.
At the third shop, MICHAEL'S NEW BEDS SHOP ARENAL, Jennifer and Christian have expanded their local bed business. Here you will find a wide range of attractive new beds and bedroom furniture at great prices.
This shop is well worth a visit to see all the bedroom items they offer. Jennifer and Christian can also give you money for your current bed if it is re-sellable. If not, no worries: they will always dispose of your old bed for free to make your new-bed purchase simple and convenient.
Special weekly offers Jennifer adds that Michael's has now launched a new special "Offer of the Week", where one item is discounted 50% every week. Last week, for example, customers could purchase a complete bed with bedsides at this discount price. These competitive offers can be easily found on MICHAEL'S website and on Facebook.
