CustomerCall pagers give customers an alternative to queuing and offer retailers a way of retaining customer goodwill and increasing sales. CustomerCall eliminates visible queues for fitting services or other customer service points. Handed a pager, customers are free to browse the store while they wait without risking losing their place in the queue. Vibrations, flashing LED lights and tones alert the shopper when it’s their turn to be seen. The highly robust pagers can endure even the most careless handling.
