W: www.adsa.org.uk New Appointment: President of the Association

Following a review of the associations requirements to move ADSA forward as the authoritive voice of the Automatic Door Industry, which I communicated to members last year, I am pleased to announce the appointment of a President. This month Dave Hill has joined ADSA in the role of President. As well as overseeing the day to day operations of the association in partnership with Anne Saxby Operations Manager of the Automatic Door Suppliers Association, Daves major objectives will be to make ADSA a strong voice in the market we operate in and to promote automatic doors to the market for the benefit of the associations members. Dave Hill had previously spent 24 years in the door and window industry with Era Products as Managing Director and with Eras parent division, Grouphomesafe, as a Group Director. You will all be able to meet Dave at the AGM in June and some members will meet him as he visits their businesses in the coming weeks. Dave has been a long time member of the management committee of the Door and Hardware Federation so has extensive experience of the strengths and weaknesses of trade associations from the members viewpoint.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the support they have given me and I look forward to members helping Dave Hill meet our exciting aspirations for the association over the next 3 years. Paul Watson Chairman of the Automatic Door Suppliers Association
