Fashion retailer Republic has announced a new approach to optimising salary investment at individual store level to best meet customer demands. The Republic Salary Allocation tool uses a combination of store specific workload calculations overlaid with Republic’s customer experience criteria to ensure every store has the right salary budget. Each stores’ salary budget is built from individual store data to cover the turnover based workload demands of the store and sufficient colleague resource to deliver desired levels of customer service.
