BETTING WEBSITE Paddy Power has tipped LeapFrog’s LeapPad Explorer as this year’s Christmas number one, but Doggie Doo has also seen its odds shorten after storming TV and national media coverage. LeapFrog is 10/11 to outsell the other toys from the TRA’s Dream Dozen, including Mattel’s Fijit Friends at 5/2, VTech’s Kidizoom Twist at 7/2 and Let’s Rock Elmo from Hasbro at 16/1. John Adams’ Doggie Doo has seen its odds come in from 25/1 to 8/1, making it a real contender to be the top selling toy this Christmas.

Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for
Paddy Power, said: “It’s the same question for parents up and down the country every year. Which toy will be the most sought after and which will be sold out in no time. It’s
no surprise that LeapPad is in the lead and we’re expecting it to fly off the shelves, although things could get a bit messy with Doggy Doo in the mix.”
