Dual-Process Hybrid Mill C.R. Onsrud’s dual- process hybrid mill is a single large- format machine offering manufactur- ers the capability of
simultaneously running two completely independent multiaxis heads on two separately operated 6 × 6' (1.8 × 1.8-m) table platforms. Left and right parts, left, right, and front-to-back parts can be machined simultaneously in a single operating run. For larger pieces the two tables can be slaved into one
large 6 × 12' (1.8 x 3.7-m) platform, one head parked and the machine run as a traditional large single-head, five-axis mill. Featuring heavy components, the dual-process mill features twin 24,000-rpm multiaxis spindles and can operate at cutting speeds up to 4000 ipm (100 m/min). C.R. Onsrud

Pneumatic Lever Clamp New 8700 series pneumatic lever clamp gives fixture builders a reli- able option for tight spaces in complex welding and assembly operations. The 8700 series pneumatic lever clamp features an arm that arcs up and out of the way on a single plane, remaining completely within the clamp’s footprint while in the open position. This helps to eliminate interference with adjacent components on crowded fixtures. While it delivers up to 25% more clamping force than comparably sized swing clamps, the 8700 series lever clamp does not lock like a toggle clamp. This means it can accommodate materials with differing thicknesses. Four bore sizes are available for virtually any application: 25, 32, 40, and 50 mm. Clamp- ing forces vary from approximately 45–170 lb (20–77 kg), depending on the bore size. DE-STA-CO

Multidiameter Bar Feeder
Multi Mini Rhinobar bar feeder makes multidiameter bar stock processing faster and easier with a feed tube cartridge that au- tomatically centers and feeds three
sizes of small-diameter bar stock to Swiss-style CNC screw machines and sliding-head lathes. Cartridges are available in three size ranges and each three-tube cartridge is enclosed in a standard aluminum barrel. The Multi Mini helps achieve maximum throughput for high production runs of automotive
