Two Magnesium Casting and Processing Projects to Built in Jiangxi 江西冀建设轻合金材料、熔铸及深加工两项目


Recently, Ganzhou and Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, has


launched the open investment of rare earth magnesium alloy application and magnesium alloy casting and deep process- ing, which will speed up the industrialization and applica- tion popularization of nonferrous materials by resource and labor cost advantages. Te total investment of the nearly 66,667sq.m project


for rare earth magnesium alloy development is 400 million yuan. Te annual output will be 5,000 tons of rare earth magnesium alloy products when put into production. It’s es- timated to realize a net profit of more than 80 million yuan, and the payback period is expected to be 6 years. Because of its light-weight and good hardness, rare earth magnesium alloy is applied to various industries including automobile, rail and aerospace. Te total investment for the magnesium alloy casting and deep processing project is 800 million yuan. It will be completed in two stages. First, the multi-functional mag- nesium alloy casting equipment will be ready and an annual output of 300,000 tons spinning casting line will be built. In the second stage, a casting line with an annual output of 6 million will be constructed. When capacity is achieved, the net profit will be over 1 billion yuan, with an expected 5-year payback. 


日前,江西省赣州市、九江市两地政府分别就年产 5000吨稀土镁合金应用开发项目、镁铝合金熔铸及深加 工项目公开招商,希望通过资源和人力成本优势,加快 有色金属材料产业化及推广应用进程。


稀土镁合金应用开发项目,位于赣州寻乌县稀土新 材料产业基地,总投资4亿元,项目占地100亩,建设6.8 平方米生产车间、办公楼等主体工程及辅助设施。项目 建设投产后,将实现年产5000吨稀土镁合金应用产品。 稀土镁合金有着重量轻、硬度强的特点,随着技 术的不断成熟和推广,被广泛应用到汽车、轨道交通、 航天、航空等领域。据寻乌县工信局相关负责人介绍, 新项目建成达产后,预计可实现年净利润8000万元以 上,投资回收期6年。


位于江西九江市瑞昌市码头工业城的镁铝合金熔 铸及深加工项目,项目总投资8亿元(人民币,下同) ,将分两期建设,一期新上多功能镁铝合金熔铸设备, 建设年产30万吨镁铝合金旋压成形熔铸生产线,二期建 设年产600万件镁铝合金旋压成形生产线。 据介绍,该项目将建设熔炼车间、重力铸造车 间、压铸车间、机床车间,以及一批生产、生活配套设 施,建成生产镁铝合金压铸件产品,广泛应用于电子、 汽车、摩托车、电动车等零部件。预计达产后年净利润 超过10亿元,投资回报期为5年左右。 
