South Suffolk’s show time coming
ooking for a fun family day out? Come along to ‘The South Suffolk’ on
Sunday May 10th, - a traditional one day agricultural show. Come and see the animals, - pigs, sheep, cows, donkeys and horses will all be competing. View the vintage farm machinery and classic cars, with machines dating back to pre-war on display. Or visit the funfair, and enjoy the children’s games and rides. Stroll around the numerous trade stands, browse the craft marquee and wander through the food hall. And be sure not to miss the visiting attractions including this years grand ring attraction 'The Bolddog Lings Honda Motorcycle Display Team’, as well as The Suffolk Gundog Club’, ‘The East Anglian Terrier Club’, ‘The Polly Parrots Road Show’ and ‘The Sheep Road Show’, who will be putting on displays for your entertainment. A farmer from Great Saxham, Mr Gittus’ family has been farming for more than 150 years, and he is hoping to use his current positions to urge farmers to help build public support for agriculture.
