“I feel a sense of belonging and I’ve set up my art business here in a studio behind our cottage”. Lucy’s daily commute to work is a few paces from her back door. It’s an idyllic setting and Lucy says it’s good for her creativity. “I’m working with Suffolk Wildlife Trust at present - it’s lovely to do some work for a brilliant charity. And I’ve also been doing some new paintings for my upcoming exhibition.”
How does she sum up her work? “My paintings are a magical interpretaion of what I see, mixed in with happy thoughts and feelings about a place, capturing special moments in time.”
