Fairport launches new mixer
Having showed it as a prototype last year, Fairport launched its Mixzer 150 mixer, which is designed to mix and tip loads of up to 90 litres. The machine is available in 110V and 220V versions, or with Honda or Loncin petrol engines. The company
says that particular attention has been given to the configuration of the paddles to give maximum mixing efficiency. The drum is configured for easy removal to facilitate storage. Fairport also showed a new twin-bladed floor saw, designed for versatile operation. The dual
blades can be fitted to one side of the machine, or one can be attached on either side to give a width of cut across the whole unit.

New from Mace Industries is the GEDA battery powered ladder lift, which can be used to raise equipment and materials, and is available in a variety of formats to give a maximum lifting height of 10m. Power comes from a 24V/10Ah battery which has a re-charge time of 90 minutes, and the product has a capacity of 120kg, with a lifting speed of 15m per minute. It can be operated via a remote control and it can also be used as a stepladder and lean-to ladder for site work.
