PRODUCT NEWS set free vrf with off coil temperature control Stulz

Stulz has launched the CyberRack, a chilled water rear heat exchanger, with an adapter frame which ensures the system fi ts most 19” server cabinets.

With the CyberRack Active Rear Door,

the heat exchanger door replaces the back panel of the rack, and its compact design enables cooling of all server cabinets. Two versions are available, with a cooling capacity of 19 or 32 kW. Up to fi ve EC fans ensure an optimum airfl ow. The frame models are available in heights of 42U and 48U, and widths of 600 mm and 800 mm. The cooling capacity of the CyberRack is auto-adapted to the heat load of the servers through continuous analysis of the measured temperatures, or via diff erential pressure control. By mounting the heat exchanger door on the rack, heat transfer occurs inside the server cabinet, allowing higher temperatures on the air and chilled water side than in other room cooling systems. Combined with a chiller such as the Stulz CyberCool 2, compressor cooling is only required during peaks, greatly improving effi ciency and reducing operating costs.

Titan Products

Titan Products has announced that all surface mounted room sensors will now be supplied within new modernised room enclosures, providing a more attractive appearance while remaining at a size that will not draw attention, due to its non- refl ective, discrete fi nish.

Iain Twiss, sales and business development director, commented: “With a cleaner, more elegant design, the new room sensor enclosure will fi t seamlessly into any environment.”

While the design of the enclosure has been updated, the products remain the same. Titan Products’ impressive in-house expertise in electronic product design, software development and system communications ensures all software and product development is maintained at an extremely high standard.

The new enclosures are available in a range of colours and cover a range of products including both wired and wireless temperature, humidity, CO2 and light level sensors. The prices of the products remain unchanged and Titan Products is still off ering branding opportunities on the new room housing.
