28.8.3 Potential Distribution of Onshore Construction Workers 127. As shown in Table 28.8 there are two scenarios for both resident and in-migrant onshore construction workers. Workers in the East region would be resident based. Whereas workers outwith the East Region would be classed as in-migrant workers.


28.8.3.1 Resident Workers 128. The location of resident workers is shown for scenario 1 and 2 in the tables below. In terms of resident workers it is expected that over a quarter (26%) will come from Colchester and more than a fifth (22%) will come from Ipswich. 12% of workers will come from Bury St Edmunds.
