focus on updating technical guidance with the Department of Health and other partners will provide enhanced benefit for members, and the wider industry and society. The Institute organised a comprehensive events programme in 2015, delivered through the branch network in the UK, Ireland and Hong Kong. The Institute’s Technical Platforms have been strengthened and been actively involved in contributing to this programme. From 2015 to 2020, IHEEM will be working closely with the Department of Health and its sister association HefmA to support the Carter Productivity and Efficiency Programme, thus raising the Institute’s profile and providing public benefit.
