Female Focus “Chaps and Chatter” Group
Week in, week out, a dozen or more of the chaps from the U3A Marina Baixa, meet at bar Tio Leo in Albir to chat. The subjects covered are many and varied, including putting the world to rights and such mundane things as car maintenance etc. etc.
Why not come along and enjoy the friendship. We meet every Thursday at Tio Leo Café, Albir, from 10.30am. This is one of the many groups of the U3A Marina Baixa, where you can always learn something new! We also have groups for Spanish Language, Intermediate Bridge, Crafts, Calligraphy, Petanca, Watercolour Painting, Spanish Culture, Golf, Ten-pin Bowling, Classical Music, Picnics, Writers, Sunday Strollers, Dining Out, Regular Monthly Trips, Chaps & Chatter, Solo Amigos, plus we have a Members Assistance Group, which offers support to our Members in times of special need. U3A Marina Baixa holds its general meetings on the fourth Monday of each month in the auditorium at the Casa de Cultura, Alfaz del Pi. The doors open at 10am and the desks close at 10.50am for a prompt 11am start. Please come early to sign in and get your seat!
