As expats, our banking needs are often more than a regular bank account. A typical scenario might be that you visit the UK and need Sterling when you get there. Another scenario could be that you have semi grown up kids in the UK who need occasional financial support. Wouldn’t it be good if you could have a debit card, for you and your family members, where you can top up from your regular bank account, where you can flip the balance (at a rate very close to SpotFX) into sterling and back to Euros as you wish, and all managed from your smartphone or internet. Death, Taxes and your lifestyle income Anyway, back to personal finance matters. I had a sad case last month where a client died without a will.
