Exclusive to Palau de Jávea – A Gin Master Class with Master Distiller Jamie Baxter

After sell out events in the UK, join us at Palau de Jávea, for a fantastic evening with Master Distiller, Jamie Baxter on Friday 24th March. At the forefront of the UK distilling revolution, Jamie Baxter is widely regarded as one of the best white spirit distillers in the world. As the creator of spirits for the City of London Distillery, Jamie is the mastermind behind artisan products including Chase's award winning potato vodka and Burleighs London Dry Gin, and will be hosting this exclusive evening. This is a ticketed event where Jamie will present a history of gin, there will be in-depth tasting of the Burleighs Range, a Free Burleighs Signature Served Gin & Tonic, together with food sourced from the UK by Jamie to perfectly compliment the beautiful and subtle flavours of the various gins. And the Palau Restaurant will also be serving a buffet selection of Mediterranean dishes for all guests of this very special evening to enjoy. This will be an evening to remember. Tickets just €25 p/p and include the tasting, the food, the presentation, the complimentary G&T and the master class with Jamie Baxter himself. To reserve your place at this select event call now.

Joint Wine and Beer tasting at Palau de Jávea on 9th March It is not often that the grape and the grain come together, but at this interesting event they will be in perfect harmony. International wine judge Colin Harkness will explain about wines, together with fine wine tastings of course, and then his artisan beer colleagues will present about beers, also, naturally, with some samples being partaken! Come and pose your questions to the experts. For example, come and discover which of the old adages 'Beer after wine and you'll feel fine; wine after beer and you'll feel queer' or "Beer before wine, you'll be fine; Wine before beer, sick for a year" holds true, and importantly 'Why'? Along with the wine and beer samples, the Palau de Jávea will be supplying 6 delicious individual tapas; 3 with the wines, and 3 with the beers, all designed to work with the palate of each. Spaces are limited, this promises to be a really enjoyable and balanced event of receiving knowledge and having fun! €25 per person, the event starts at 8pm, everything included. Sunday Brunch is never the same at Palau de Jávea. Served from 12 noon until 4pm, the classics are always available like Paella or Fideua, but there is always something different to choose from as well, this is because our food is always sourced fresh from the market. So there is never any chance of the food or the choices becoming stale! Given its popularity, booking is essential for Sunday brunch, and any special dietary requirements can be catered for if you advise us in advance – including vegetarians – we can have something specially prepared for you if you notify us when you reserve. As all our food is freshly sourced and prepared, we keep nothing in the freezer, so your meal will be just as fresh and exciting as everyone else’s….never any nut cutlets here! Daily Breakfasts – start the day with a feast. There is a tempting choice of breakfasts available at Palau de Jávea, to suit all appetites. As well as a traditional English cooked breakfast, and a simpler French breakfast with croissants, there is the House Special which includes a mushroom omelette, chicken and vegetable strips, toast and butter, sweet pancakes, and a glass of cava. Or the Farmer’s Breakfast which is scrambled eggs with toast plus ham and cheese. Served from 9am all breakfasts include tea or coffee and a glass of fresh orange juice. So whatever you fancy to kick start your day, it’s available at Palau de Jávea. Upstairs dining room for private events. Our amazing, bright, airy, upstairs dining space is available for private events or parties. It is a great location for birthdays, weddings or business events, the staff will organise everything for you and clear it all away! Love the food but can’t stay? We now have some local clients who love our food but have prefer to enjoy it in their own home, because their children are too young to come out at night-time. This has prompted us to make all of our food available to take away – just give us a call and we will make it for you and have it packed ready to go, from a simple baguette to a paella, just call and ask. FREE Parking! For everyone enjoying a meal with us, or coming to one of the events, just tell us if you are parked in the large Plaza de la Constitución Española underground car park nearby, and we will give you tickets to cover your stay. See our advert alongside for contact details.
