Icona Resorts expansions into Avalon and Cape May have helped to transform tourism on the coast, with their Golden Inn, Diamond Beach and Icona Cape May prop- erties.
Known as an iconic shore landmark for the past 50 years, The Icona Golden Inn in Avalon stretches across an entire oceanfront block giving its guests access to some of the most coveted beach views. The property, including all 156 guest rooms, the swimming pool, restaurants, and Sandbar, went through the process of being completely transformed in 2016. The Icona Golden Inn’s seaside decor gives a nod to Nantucket, boasting all-new interiors, custom furniture, and upscale finishes.
Commanding one of the only stretches of private beach in New Jersey, Icona Diamond Beach is open year-round.

This fresh Jersey Shore newcomer just minutes from Cape May and offers luxurious guest rooms and suites and beach attendants who serve signature cocktails and tasty fare right on the beach. A sundeck, outdoor heated swimming pool and a live music stage create sun-soaked gathering spots.
Just opened in October of 2016, Icona’s newest property is Icona Cape May, which joins some of America’s oldest seaside motels and charming Victorian bed-and-break- fasts. The property provides a luxe, new beachfront hotel option that evokes a chic boutique vibe and brings luxuri- ous relaxation to the South Jersey Shore. Because of its close proximity to the Diamond Beach resort, all Icona Cape May guests will enjoy the sister property’s amenities including: access to the private beach, Bungalow No. 7 Beach Bar, and Coastal Blue Oceanside Bar and Grill.

It is centrally located within a five-minute walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
At the Montreal Inn, the beach is just steps away. The Beach Club at the hotel features oceanside cabanas, chaise lounges and beach attendants to cater to every need. The property also features a fit- ness center and newly remodeled guest rooms.
Known for its distinctive pink exterior, the Port-O-Call is an Ocean City landmark rising above the city’s skyline. Located directly on the boardwalk and beach, the hotel offers full-service catering facilities and is home to Adelene, a 90-seat oceanfront restaurant open to the public.
Providing hospitality since 1816, Congress Hall is set amid landscaped grounds overlooking Cape May's broad sandy beaches in the heart of Cape May's famed historic district.
