Situated in the historical centre of Jávea, the Palau de Jávea restaurant combines elegant tradition and modernism. The word ‘Palau’ means ‘Palace’ and it is well deserving of the name. Located within a beautiful building, recently renovated, the interior is full of charm and original architectural features, the food is wonderful, the staff give a flawless service and a welcoming atmosphere offer clients an unforgettable experience.

Special menus at the Palau de Jávea We all love good traditional Christmas Fayre but sometimes you can have too much turkey. So here at the Palau de Jávea they are offering fantastic menus for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, and right now is the time to book. At the time of going to print the chefs have still not completely decided upon the menus, but what we can tell you is that from what Female Focus has learned so far, the menus are going to be delicious. The Christmas Day menu is priced at 35€ pp and includes a welcome entree, a selection of starters, a choice of main courses and desserts plus wine, water, beer, soft drinks and coffee. There will also be a Deluxe Christmas Day menu available at 43€ pp, providing a different selection of starters, mains and desserts plus Cava, so there is something for everybody.

A Luxury experience without being expensive Restaurant Manager Jennifer told us “Our aim at the Palau de Jávea is to deliver extra special, fresh food at reasonable prices, and as soon as our wonderful chefs have decided upon the exact menus we will post them on to our website:- www.palaudejavea.com. Or customers can call the restaurant on 96 646 1588 and we will be able to give them more details. But of course no-one has to decide what they want to eat until they are here on the day!”

New Year’s Eve Jennifer continues “For New Year’s Eve we will also be offering a fabulous menu, including extra drinks and cava, and this, also, will be fantastic value at only 60€ per person. We want everyone to have a wonderful New Year’s Eve to see in 2017, so we’re getting ready to celebrate! Again, we will put these details onto our website as soon as we can”.

Prepare to be pampered But it is not just the ‘celebration days’ which are special at the Palau. Jennifer and her team regard every day as special, aiming that their International cuisine and authentic recipes will satisfy even the most sophisticated tastes any day of the year.

They have a full daily lunch menu including wine, coffee etc at 9.95€ pp or in the evening at 14.50€ pp. These menus change daily as the food is always freshly sourced direct from the local market, so come in and ask, or telephone; there really are different choices every day, so no-one will ever get bored. And for lighter bites there is also a daily special tapa, also direct and fresh from the market.

For a lazy Sunday the Palau offers a Special Sunday Brunch served between 12 noon and 4pm for 15€ pp and this includes 2 drinks.

And for gin lovers they offer regular G&Ts for 5€ and a Premium G&T with a Premium branded gin and speciality flavoured Schweppes tonic, (orange blossom with lavender, ginger and cardamom, rose pepper or hibiscus....... all delightful) for a great price of 6.50€ served with the appropriate garnish for the gin chosen.

Free after dinner drink with every meal for Female Focus readers Finally, and as a little extra for all our lovely readers, as a special offer the Palau are offering a complimentary after dinner drink such as cognac, amaretto etc. with every meal as long as you mention the magazine. In our opinion the Palau de Jávea is worthy of its title, offering an exclusive feel, great quality and service.
