The end of a year in song


After a very successful concert entitled ‘A Year in Song’ which took the audience on a journey through the seasons of the year under the baton of Joanna Baldwin, The English Choir of Teulada are well into rehearsal for the definite end to their year of song.


It will take place at 7pm on 8th December at the parish church of Moraira

they will be presenting their annual

sing along. It promises to be


great fun with plenty of audience participation, they will join in with all the old favorites such as Good King Wenceslas, Ding Dong Merrily on High, Silent Night, It came upon a Midnight Clear and many many more.


The choir will sing for you the theme from The Snowman which Aled Jones made popular, March of the Kings to a traditional french tune, Schonberg’s Bethlehem from Martin Guerre and John Ratter’s hauntingly beautiful Angel Carol. They will also amuse you with their funky version of Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer and the ever popular White Christmas to name but a few of our favorites.


Tickets cost only 5€ and all proceeds will be shared between Alzheimer’s Day Centre and Church funds.
