The Study, a 145,000-square foot hotel in Philadelphia’s dynamic University City dis- trict, will feature 212 rooms, approximate- ly 7,000-square feet of banquet/meeting space, a 105-seat corner restaurant and bar and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The hotel is scheduled to open in December 2016.


The historically certified 21-story Liberty Title and Trust building at Broad and Arch streets will be converted to a 179-room Aloft Hotel by Starwood, situated adja- cent to and with direct access to the main entrance lobby of the convention center.


Plans are underway for a 47-story tower at Broad and Spruce Streets across from the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. The 422,838-square foot SLS International mixed-use luxury boutique hotel and condominium tower will feature 149 hotel rooms occupying 11 floors. The hotel is expected to be completed by 2018.


Comcast Corporation and Liberty Property Trust are developing the "Comcast Innovation and Technology Center" on Arch Street. The proposed 59-story, 1,121-foot tower will house a Four Seasons hotel with more than 200 rooms. The luxury hotel will include a world-class spa, fitness, event and meet- ing facilities, plus an exciting new restau- rant located on the top floor of the build- ing, offering spectacular 360-degree city views.
