Events Worthy Visit Bucks County
September 13, 2016 New Hope, PA - Visit Bucks County hosted their annual Meeting Planner event at the Hotel du Village. Nearly 75 meeting planners and 28 venues and facilities attended the event exhibited to represent a beautiful taste of Bucks County.
Attendees enjoyed networking and learning more about Bucks County’s unique meeting venues while enjoying farm-fresh, French-inspired cuisine, and local Bucks County wine at this countryside French estate. Two can-can girls and a Frenchman from Theater to Go greeted guests as they arrived.
Some of the exhibitors participating were Newtown Athletic Club, Washington Crossing Historic Park, Fonthill Castle, Mercer Museum, Peddler’s Village, The Fuge, Inn at Barley Sheaf, Inn at Bowman’s Hill, Logan Inn, Lambertville Station Inn, New Hope Winery, The Sheraton Bucks County, Radisson Northeast and Crowne Plaza.
“Seeing the enthusiasm of the meeting planners and our venues, and people really connecting with one another was my favorite part,” said Jenna Worrell, Sales and Marketing Coordinator for VBC, who planned the evening. “I loved seeing people learn about “the unknown” beautiful hid- den gems in Bucks County and hope to see all of the attendees host their next off-site meeting or event here!”
