Strength to Strength with Holiday Lets and now offering

Long Term Rentals.

It’s great to see small local businesses growing successfully through hard work and just doing things right. Property rentals is a very popular business but you have to balance the needs of the property owners with the expectations of the tenants or holiday makers. This is where MJV makes the transition so much easier with their hard work, diplomacy and going the extra mile. It’s this approach that has made MJV one of the more successful letting companies in the Northern Costa Blanca. This year, MJV has become a 100% independent company and has just opened their lovely new office in Benitachell.

Building on their strengths, they now offer long term / winter rentals, and by applying their knowledge and approach to owners and tenants, they’re already making headway with new clients.

They are now a professional team of 5 (see photo L-R Nicky, Mandy, Jayne, Jen, and owner Suzanne). They’ve known each other for years and worked together getting on for 6 years, so they know how to help each other to give the best service possible. On the holiday side, MJV still pride themselves in being one of the quickest to pay property owners.

If you’re looking to rent out your property as a holiday or long term / winter let, or are even just curious to find out if it’s worth it, call one of the team on 96 649 3751, email jen@morairaandjaveavillas.com, or better still pop in to their new office. It is easy to find on the Moraira road just as you come into Benitachell, at the top of the hill just before the traffic lights.
