Our Holiday DELMER & CECIL Suggestion’s Seeing as this is the travel and
leisure issue of Bounder magazine Delmer and I put our heads together and came up with some suggestions
that might help in your holiday plans. OUR PICK OF THE
MONTH For an unusual vacation why not
consider TWONESIA. Twonesia is an adventurers’ paradise full of quaint
people with interesting lifestyles. Every November the Nesians gather to celebrate the founding of their country
by holding the “Festival of The Two”. According to local legend, the country was founded by the original inhabitants
of the land by the names of “Abdul” and “Fred”. These were the first pure blood Nesians and are revered as the founding
fathers of the Nesian empire. Abdul and Fred noticed that there were no women in
the land and so ordered mail-order brides from Manitoba (Canada Post was much better in those days.) Abdul and Fred then got on with populating the country and even today true Nesians can trace their bloodlines
back to the founding fathers. When visiting Twonesia be sure to visit the colourful dung market in Squalid Square, or perhaps a side trip by yak cart to the neighbouring country
of Amnesia (a forgettable little country to the east.) For the really adventuresome travel north to the mountainous country of Caucasia (be careful here for Caucasia is full of white males
