her musical vision. By coaching others, she developed a songwriting style that was often based on seeing stories from another person’s point of view, and that is why she feels her music connects with listeners. “I’ve got a lifetime of experiences I can turn into songs,” she says, “and I’m sharing these experiences with others by letting the songs come through me. Sometimes the songs come like a freight train, and other times I have to ease them out like a sliver.” It has taken a while, but right now Leslie Rohonczy is one of
