Ernest Wong: New Chairman-Designate of Mediacorp

rnest Wong has been appointed as the new Chairman-Designate of Mediacorp. He served as
Mediacorp’s Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Director from October 2000 to September 2005. Prior to that, he was a non-executive director of its
Mr Teo said: “Ernest is best suited to take over as Chairman of Mediacorp. His past experience as CEO and Director of the company – especially in driving crucial decisions during some challenging years – places him well to guide the management in navigating an increasingly complex media landscape. I am sure that Mediacorp will continue to thrive under Ernest’s stewardship.”
Mr Teo will have served as Mediacorp’s Chairman for three terms totaling six years when he steps down this July.

Ms Mohsin is a PhD Scholar HRD and holds an MSc Economics from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.

Vietnam by Vietnamese Prime Minister. Dr Nguyen The Ky has taken office and began his new term as of March 2016.
Before joining the Voice of Vietnam- VOV, he held key positions including Deputy Director of Nghe An’s Radio and Television Broadcasting Station, Editor in Chief of Nghe An’s Newspaper, and Deputy Head of Nghe An Provincial Department of Communications and Education. As President of the Voice of Vietnam, A/Prof. Dr Nguyen The Ky will look after all the implementation of VOV’s strategic development plans and lead the VOV into a new phase of development.

He also worked as the Press Secretary to incumbent president Abdul Hamid and late president Zillur Rahman. Mr Nesar was DG of National Institute of Mass Communication apart from serving as information officer at 12 ministries.
