The early June sunshine attracted strong entries to the Cumbria Fell & Dales Pony show, with ponies travelling from as far afield as Southern Wales and Derbyshire. Judges officiating were Barbara Bell from Wigton (Waverton Stud), Micheal Goddard from Devon (Bewcastle Stud), Keith Metcalf, Co Durham, (Bolam Stud), Anna Pennell, Co Durham (Nipna Stud), Sue Mallinson, Shap (Nabside) and Jonny Alderson from Kirkby Stephen.
