The business was conceived by Gordie & Marilu Wren, who aim to bring together stylish, quality products from around the world, that will enhance your outdoor living experience, where functionality and design are at the heart of the business. They also plan to make an exciting and innovative range of products, using vintage signal flags. This will include Windbreaks, Bags, cushions and blankets. merchant and naval ships around the world and are now in retirement. Gordie & Marilu feel that they “want to celebrate their provenance by recycling them into relevant, quirky and individual quality pieces. We want our flags to start telling a new story in your homes”. They moved nearer to the sea last year with their four children and re-evaluated their
lifestyle and businesses, after a life changing injury to Gordie. These events inspired their new company. They decided they wanted to bring together
an exciting range of products for the beach, all under one roof. Whether
sourced internationally or handmade here in Devon, they will ensure that all their design- led products will be interesting, exclusive and practical. This allows them to pursue their passion for coastal living and share the magic with their customers.
