THE ULTRA Runner Store is the final piece of the jigsaw for Tony Holland. After his son was diagnosed with Down’s syndrome in 2007, Tony laced up for the first time in 20 years and embarked upon a series of fundraising events to support several charities, one of which, Disability Activity, he launched himself. In 2013, Tony left his job as a sales executive, followed his passion and opened The Ultra Runner Store, a specialist-running outlet with a big online presence. The shop caters for runners embarking on their first 5K to 100 mile ultra marathon. In addition to stocking a comprehensive range of clothing, footwear and accessories, The Ultra Runner Store has trained staff on hand to provide ac- curate gait analysis.
