Signature dish – Finding Dartmouth’s Best Home Cooks
At Dartmouth Food Festival, it’s not all about the professional chefs. This year we all also want to find out who does great cooking at home. A series of three daily competitions has been devised with the help of Paul Greenfield and Alan Price, who many of you will know from their home interiors shop, Signature of Dartmouth. Before this, they ran the Embankment Restaurant (now Annabelle’s Kitchen), so they certainly know their onions and will be helping to judge your produce with 2 daily guest chefs. Entry is simple; bring your produce along on the day. Signature of Dartmouth have offered lovely prizes for each day’s winner.
