October 24th MESSAGE FROM THE FESTIVAL DIRECTOR

We’re as excited as ever about this year’s festival and once again our enthusiasm has got the better of us …

A whole new area of marqueed exhibition space will appear right in the centre of Dartmouth opposite the Royal Castle Hotel increasing the number of exhibitors to well over 100, including many new businesses to the festival which you won’t have come across before.

A new venue, the Flavel Church, will host the return of Eat Your Words with a variety of food writers and experts in a series of short conversations covering what’s hot in the food world – some serious, some not quite so serious …

Lots more competitions and hands-on workshops as they proved such a hit with you last year.

This will be my last year as Festival Director and I am hugely proud of what the food festival team has achieved over the last few years. Not only have we created a fantastic event but we have also put Dartmouth on the map as an amazing destination for all lovers of good food and drink.

David Jones Festival Director
