Smoked Salmon & Avocado Terrine with Sweet Chilli Sauce: Avocado, Capers & Baked Salmon wrapped in Smoked Salmon, served with pickled cucumber and a sweet chilli sauce
Pea & Asparagus Risotto (v): Creamy Pea & Asparagus Risotto, topped with rocket, parmesan and truffl e oil drizzle
Chicken Liver Pate, Plum & Apple Chutney, Toasted Brioche: Smooth Chicken Liver Pate, served with toasted Brioche and our homemade Plum & Apple Chutney
Traditional Roast Turkey : Succulent slices of Roasted Turkey Crown, white wine & thyme jus, roasted new potatoes & seasonal vegetables
Venison Casserole with a creamy horseradish mash: Tender Venison and Mushrooms in a wine, orange & juniper berry sauce, served with horseradish mash and seasonal vegetables
