When it comes to life’s accomplishments, Mike Ford has ticked many boxes. He was a company director in the 1990s and in the early 2000s, helped form a successful printing company. He has managed village football teams for over 40 years. Mike helps (and has organised charity events) at the Merlin MS Centre, Hewas Water, near St Austell which has helped him change the quality of his life with MS. Lasting Powers of Attorney, which means that they are legally authorised to make decisions for each other if either loses their mental faculties in the event of an accident or illness. “The Trust David has set up is a true Family Trust as it will last 125 years and be of benefit to my children and future generations. We came away very satisfied with what David had done. “David is also providing a free legal advice clinic for members of the MS Society in St Austell,” added Mike. “The problem is that people with MS may not have enough money to pay for this, so this is a very important aspect of what David does. “David is both very experienced in legal issues and his demeanour is very friendly and easy going,” concluded Mike. “He answers your every question clearly. He has done a superb job. David deals with people very well and offers a top class service which is incredibly profes- sional.”
