February 15-23 Half term Fun, Groombridge Place Visitors can enjoy the award-winning gardens, which includes a giant chess set, before choosing to take a canal boat or 10 minute walk to the children’s play area where everyone can explore Crusoe’s World and the Enchanted Forest and the amazing giant tree swings. The birds of prey displays take place every day (except Mondays) and there will be additional free activities taking place over half term with a nature theme.
February 15 – 23 Half term Trail, Bodiam Castle There will be a daily trail where children can help locate items which the household has misplaced. Just Jesting, Leeds Castle A week of merriment with Peterkin the Fool awaits. Join in with acrobatics, stilts, daily fire breathing shows and learn the art of serious silliness at the fool school. Suitable for all ages.
February 17-21 Half-term craft activities, Maidstone Museum With a different craft activity each day children will be kept amused all week. Sessions are at 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm and are bookable in person on the day. There is a maximum of 15 children per session. Suitable for children above the age of four. Admission is £3.50 per child.

February 23 Time travellers, Dover Castle This children’s event is perfect for budding super sleuths, secret agents and investigators. Sharpen your detective skills with hands-on training in disguise and cracking codes and clues. Ticket price includes entry to event, plus entry to the castle and grounds. An additional £1 will be charged on standard admission for every child, member and non member, to help fund the event.
