Mince Pie Ice Cream A simple luxurious treat
Ingredients
6 – 8 Mince Pies 1Ltr Calbourne Classic Vanilla Ice Cream
Method
Let the ice cream soften a little in the fridge, just until starting to soften around the edges. Take care not to let it go too soft or start to turn liquid. Crumble in the mince pies and stir to mix through.
Press the mix into fun Christmas shaped moulds and smooth over the tops with a knife. Place the ice creams back in the freezer to harden.
