Wight Coast Holidays are pleased to announce the launch of Breeze, a new division within the Wight Coast group which has been set up to satisfy the demand for accommodation to let in Cowes during regattas.
C
owes has long been seen as the world’s capital for international yacht racing and has been hosting regattas since the founding of the Royal Yacht Squadron in 1815. The town gives its name to the
world’s oldest regular regatta, Cowes Week, which occurs annually in the first week of August.
Throughout the year many other regattas take place and the need for accommodation peaks during these weeks. Historically, there have been letting companies in place to manage the rental of properties during Cowes week but Toby Brading, owner of Wight Coast Holidays has identified that there is need for properties at other times too. “Cowes is a prestigious, lively location and there is a need for properties to let throughout the year. This is a perfect opportunity for home owners who aren’t resident at their properties all year round to earn a valuable income and have peace of mind by having their property looked after when they are away, explains Toby.”
As an introductory offer, Breeze aren’t charging a set-up fee and payments aren’t taken unless a booking is made.

For properties taken on by 31st December 2013, they are also offering a very low 5% commission for all Cowes Week bookings and offer to match or beat any other agent.
Breeze take full responsibility for the management of the property and offer a professional booking and payment facility, as well as quality maintenance and reliable cleaning services.
For the off-peak periods, the Wight Coast Group have events planned to bring additional tourism to Cowes such as golf weekends, fishing trips and murder mystery events. All holidays will be promoted in national and regional press, yachting magazines, on external websites and by direct mail.
